Hope you’re havin’ a fantastic start to your weekend!
Here’s five things I’m loving right now.
(1) Video Conferencing
Due to social distancing, a whole lot of stuff has been cancelled recently, and video conferencing is a great way to keep it going virtually. My sunday school class, youth group, and biology are all using Zoom, and my sister and I have been using Skype to chat with our friends. I am so glad that even though we can’t see people in person, modern technology makes it possible to still connect.
(2) Sunday Devotions
Also due to social distancing, we haven’t been able to go to church lately. In our house, we’ve been holding Sunday Devotions on Sunday nights for our worship time. I’m loving this chance to worship and learn about God as a family.
(3) Uglydolls
Last week, me and my family watched the movie Uglydolls. The storyline is so cute, and I loved the songs (especially Unbreakable). Also, what a great message: You are beautiful and unique and SO NOT UGLY.
(4) Project Canvas
My twin sis gave me this for our birthday earlier this month and I’ve been using and loving its in depth chapters about writing. The world generator in the back was especially helpful as I plan out my new project.
(5) Pictionary
Last Sunday, after our devotions, my family and I played Pictionary. It was so much fun… and kind of hilarious.
What are you loving lately?
